Our back end support will provide experienced and efficient loan processing to help you close your loans. We handle all of the processing and compliance so that you can focus on origination. Once a loan has been submitted we will scrub the file, pull credit, run DU approvals, issue pre-approvals, find the loan program options, price out the loan, order required documents (VOEs, VODs, Insurance Binders, Title/escrow), email you disclosures and a checklist of items needed for the submission for the loan approval. Appraisals are ordered by the processing department once the lender discloses to the client. Once the approval is in we will request for the required documents needed from the client, the loan officer, title/escrow, etc. When we are ready to lock the rate we will price out the loan and confirm with the loan officer if the pricing/rate is accurate. Re-disclosures will be emailed to the client. Once all of the conditions are cleared we will request documents to be sent to escrow. The processing department will issue a broker demand to escrow and schedule the signing appointment. Final disclosures will need to be signed by the loan officer. Once the funding conditions have been sent out the processing department will clear any final funding conditions. Once the final hud has been received and the broker wire has been received the loan officer will receive a commission report. Commissions will then be deposited into the loan officers account.
